Spring Food Trucks at BTC Bringing Culinary Delights to Bolivar

    Get ready to treat your taste buds because the Spring Food Trucks at BTC event is coming, serving delicious food during the month of April. Bolivar Technical College is rolling out a delectable lineup of food trucks that promise to make your spring days even brighter. 

    On April 3, the London Calling Pasty Company kicks off the festivities, offering traditional English pasties that are bound to transport you across the pond. Indulge in savory fillings encased in flaky pastry – a taste of Britain right here in Bolivar from 11 AM to 7 PM. 

    The following week, the new London Calling Fish and Chips truck takes center stage. Dive into the crispy, golden goodness of authentic fish and chips from 11 AM to 7 PM on April 10.  

    The Spring Food Trucks at BTC event will be wrapping up with the return of Lae’s Authentic Egg Rolls on April 18 from 11 AM to 2 PM. Experience the incredible flavors of carefully crafted egg rolls and Chinese favorites that promise to be the perfect blend of crispy and flavorful. 

Bring your friends, family and a hearty appetite to BTC and celebrate the start of spring. After you’ve devoured these delicious bites, don’t forget to step inside BTC’s campus building!
