Tasha joins BTC with over 10 years of nursing experience. She began by earning an ASN degree from Cox College, then continued her education at University of South Florida earning her BSN degree. She then attended Southwest Baptist University to earn her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree.
Ms. Detloff has a background that has led her to being a great educator. She began her career as a nurse on a medical-surgical floor that specialized in orthopedic traumas. She then moved into Labor and Delivery at Cox South. She has been an educator for the Women's Center at Cox South, and teaches classes to the public about various topics (childbirth, breastfeeding, new sibling, mother-daughter, etc.) Ms. Detloff also has experience working as both a clinical instructor and a simulation technician. Now, she loves working with the students of BTC and having a real impact on their success.
