Dr. Kristall Fears, DNP, RN, is the RN to BSN Completion Program Coordinator at BTC, bringing 13 years of healthcare experience and a passion for education. She holds a BSN from Cox College, an MSN in nursing education from SBU, and a DNP in nursing education from Regis College. With a background as a Program Coordinator for a PN program, Kristall is dedicated to guiding students through their educational journey at BTC, prioritizing their success in a student-first environment. "My passion is education. BTC has a student first approach, which I appreciate," Kristall said.
