Fall 2022 semester has a colorful start

During the first week of classes, Daniel Leith, BTC Admissions representative, wore a peacock mascot costume to welcome around 150 students and faculty back to campus. There were looks of confusion, laughter and even encouraging words shared. Leith handed out “Advice from a Peacock” flyers to students to remind them to, “stand out, be a colorful character, love boldly, bring joy to others, and strut your stuff” this semester.

We’re growing!

The Bureau of Labor Statistics projects there will be 175,900 openings for Professional Nurses (RN) each year until 2029. Isn’t that crazy? As a college, we want to do our part in helping fill those positions, so we applied for an increased number of seats in our Professional Nursing (RN) program!

Introducing: Our newest class of RNs!

32 students graduate with an Associates of Science Degree in Nursing on Saturday, May 7th, after completing our four semester RN program. We’ll miss these grads and are excited to see what their future holds!
